Celle-ci peut \u00eatre magnifi\u00e9e ou ternies en interne par les salari\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames. Il est important qu\u2019une formation leur soit octroy\u00e9e afin de donner plus de cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise. Pour cela, le CM doit les former sur la place du digital dans l\u2019entreprise, sur l\u2019impact de la strat\u00e9gie, pour cr\u00e9dibiliser les publications, pour le renforcement de l\u2019image de marque de l\u2019Employeur que l\u2019entreprise veut pr\u00e9senter.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019importance de cette formation interne est de d\u00e9faire les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux en montrant l\u2019impact positif qu\u2019ils peuvent avoir pour une entreprise. Pour cela, il faut les informer avant le lancement, les former \u00e0 son utilisation, les impliquer dans les diff\u00e9rentes strat\u00e9gies (accompagnement et social m\u00e9dia) l\u2019objectif \u00e0 terme \u00e9tant de faire d\u2019eux des ambassadeurs, de dignes repr\u00e9sentants de la marque ou du produit aupr\u00e8s des internautes.<\/p>\n<h3>La formation des leads\/clients<\/h3>\n<p>Un lead est un contact commercial, un prospecteur, quelqu\u2019un qui joue le r\u00f4le d\u2019interm\u00e9diaire entre l\u2019entreprise et le client en vue de la prospection d\u2019un produit. Il peut s\u2019agir \u00e9ventuellement des influenceurs web. Afin d\u2019accro\u00eetre le portefeuille client de l\u2019entreprise, le CM doit aider ces commerciaux<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de cette formation offerte par le CM est de permettre en quelques jours, l\u2019autonomie du client. La formation se d\u00e9roule sur deux axes principaux qui sont\u00a0: la formation pr\u00e9sentielle et un atelier.<\/p>\n<p>La formation pr\u00e9sentielle peut se tenir sur 2 jours. Elle porte essentiellement sur l\u2019usage et le fonctionnement des diff\u00e9rents outils. Cette formation se d\u00e9roule autour des th\u00e9matiques pr\u00e9cises qui peuvent aller de la mise en place d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement naturelle \u00e0 la place que peut occuper les r\u00e9seaux sociaux au sein de l\u2019entreprise en passant par la strat\u00e9gie de cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un content marketing. Les participants doivent trouver au cours de cette formation des r\u00e9ponses aux probl\u00e9matiques qui sont les leurs. Afin de les y aider, le CM peut d\u00e9couper la formation en \u00e9tude de cas et en exercice pratique. Il est n\u00e9cessaire pour l\u2019entreprise qui veut offrir ces formations d\u2019obtenir un agr\u00e9ment qui fait d\u2019elle un centre de formation.<\/p>\n<p>Les ateliers. Ils sont organis\u00e9s sur moins d\u2019une journ\u00e9e. Ces ateliers qui se font avec le client portent sur divers domaines\u00a0: l\u2019identification et la validation des mots-cl\u00e9s, sur l\u2019arborescence et le maillage ou sur le <em>netlinking<\/em>. La r\u00e9ussite de ces ateliers d\u00e9pend aussi de leur d\u00e9coupage. Il est important de les faire par \u00e9tapes. Il faut donc structurer la formation en plusieurs campagnes.<\/p>\n<h3>La formation pour des \u00e9tudiants<\/h3>\n<p>Outre les conf\u00e9rences que le CM peut organiser, il est aussi important qu\u2019il enseigne \u00e0 des \u00e9tudiants, qui constituent la rel\u00e8ve sur les opportunit\u00e9s du num\u00e9rique. Plusieurs \u00e9coles aujourd\u2019hui proposent\u00a0 des cursus dans le domaine du digital, et le <em>Community Manager<\/em> actuel devrait \u00eatre capable de participer \u00e0 ces formations par des enseignements qui peuvent l\u2019aider \u00e0 produire du contenu, pouvant lui \u00eatre utile plus tard au cours des s\u00e9minaires ou des conf\u00e9rences.<\/p>\n<p>Ces formations dont certaines peuvent \u00eatre faites en ligne, avec l\u2019avantage de r\u00e9unir le maximum de participants, qui faute de pouvoir se d\u00e9placer \u00e0 l\u2019heure convenue, peuvent leur permettre en 1 ou 2h d\u2019en apprendre sur des th\u00e9matiques pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par le CM, sont aujourd\u2019hui importantes bien que parfois co\u00fbteuses. \u00a0Mais la mission formatrice du <em>Community manager<\/em> ne se limite pas aux coll\u00e8gues, aux leads, clients ou \u00e9tudiants, elle peut porter aussi sur la formation d\u2019autres <em>community managers<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Traditionnellement, le Community manager est l\u2019interface entre une organisation et les internautes.
